Thursday afternoon. You’re stuffed with turkey and potatoes, but the decadence is not over. It’s time for dessert. Try this rich chocolate and fruit pizza. The fresh fruit will add a healthy and colorful component to your table. The chocolate brings the sin, everyone is craving when we set aside one day a year for indulgence. 250 grams of flour
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
3 grams of dry yeast
100 ml of water
250 gr of hazelnut paste
Add your fruit (and nuts) of choice for the topping
Place the yeast in a bowl with two tablespoons of water and let it rise for a few minutes Assemble a crown with the flour and incorporate all ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes and let the dough rest in a dish covered with a cloth until it doubles in size. Stretch the dough on a round plate and let stand for 10 more minutes.
Bake 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Once it is cold add the hazelnut paste and garnish with fruits.
