Record exec Scooter Braun had a private dinner party at Carbone and Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber attended, though they didn’t arrive or leave together. After the party, Justin entered his luxury bus, with the customized white leather interior. Later, Offset and Quavo were seen leaving. Rihanna, ASAP Rocky, and Madonna showed up too.
